On 26 February every year I always think about the conclusion of what I’m doing on the previous year. Am I doing good enough for the living? or Had I done anything yet for the dream? Birthday is a good day to think about the conclusion. Without family, friends, faith, works, cats, I wouldn’t be able to be this me. Thank you all of you. Friends who I didn’t mention to, please know you always be in my picture. You know who I mean.

7-year-editor in THE FACE magazine, Sheryl Garratt wrote these impact lines after her trip to Haiti, the country that children were waiting to have their favourite Green beans on only special occasion that was about once a year. She has a good point about donating. She said donating is like a drop in the ocean and may not make a difference. But a little hope is so much more than none at all. I agree with that.
Be gentle
February 3, 2008

During my working in Thai restaurant in London, A manager came up with a sheet of Dalilama’s words but only this one caught my eyes “Be gentle to the world”. During my reading iD magazine lately, the similar line caught my eyes again “Beyond a wholesome discipline, Be gentle with yourself”. Once a friend asked me why I liked this line so much because I didn’t seem to be so rude or so hard to her or to others at all. I said nothing but it was only me who knew that truth, really.
